LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS
Inside, this large Villa continues to inspire and appease, using a range of bohemian furnishings to create an off-beat, yet comforting home. The living area contains a trio of white sofas, helping to contrast the dark wooden floors seen through this property. Guests can snuggle up on this seating arrangement and reminisce about all of their amazing sightseeing experiences.
Moving on to this dining area, this area exudes a rich and opulent feel. The large wooden dining table is surrounded by a collection of white chairs, helping to balance out the wine-red accent wall that sits at the back of the room. The kitchen collates a selection of homely design choices, such as bright white cupboards and granite surfaces. This allows guests to experiment with their cooking skills in a familiar and charming environment.
The ground floor is also home to three main bedrooms. The first two bedrooms contain spacious double beds and provide access to their own en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom uses two single beds and also includes a luxurious en-suite.
Moving up to the first floor, this is where you’ll find the fourth bedroom. This room also includes a double bed and has access to a remarkable balcony area. Thus, guests can gaze out at the idyllic views that sit close by as soon as they wake up in the morning.
The Holiday Villa also includes two annexes. The first annexe is home to a double bedroom with an en-suite. In turn, this space is ideal for guests who would prefer to be apart from the rest of the group. The second annexe is located a short distance away from the main property and provides a complete living area as well as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The Large Holiday Villa is located in the outstanding region of Menorca, a destination that is very popular with tourists due to its varied collection of striking attractions and landmarks. Menorca also boasts a bustling wine industry, with establishments such as Bodega Binifadet highlighting the impact of the region on the wider economy. This institution focuses on the natural production of wine, using a selection of artisan techniques to create a catalogue of indulgent products. Guests can partake in a guided tour of the grounds and explore the tremendous vineyards from an entirely new perspective. You will also be allowed to taste a small platter of wines, experiencing this amazing industry in a more authentic way. A guided tour lasts for around an hour and can be expressed in both English and Spanish. Bodega Binifadet is over 20-minutes away from the centre of the region and welcomes guests every day from 11 am till 11 pm.
If you are local to learn more about the local industries operating in Menorca, then Subaida Farm is a must-see attraction. At this wonderful location, guests can explore the origins of a range of fresh produce, showcasing the abundant and self-sufficient nature of Menorca. THE REGION
Sant Lluis is a traditional Menorcan town (though architecturally, its grid-based heritage from its french military occupying founders). Surrounded by picture postcard countryside and villages, Sant Lluis is a great base to explore the island, central to many attractions in the surrounding area and the popular south coast beaches.
The town is dominated by the main church, Eglesia de Sant Lluis, and being grid-based, its easy to find streets. Populated by locals and ex-pats from various countries, Sant Lluis has a thriving community with a relaxed, friendly pace. The capital Mahon is just a few minutes north by car, taxi or regular bus service.
Nearby S’Algar is a haven for watersport enthusiasts. Club S’Algar Diving provides water skiing, windsurfing and jet skiing. Divers can be hired too to help you explore the underwater caves and coral reefs along this favourite part of the coastline for divers.

If you are looking for a bite to eat during your time in this park, the Splash Restaurant provides a range of delicious menu options such as curries, pizzas, and hamburgers. Splash Sur Menorca is open every day from 10 am till 6 pm.
Due to the varied landscapes and terrains found throughout this region, Menorca is the ideal place for horse riding. Schools such as Xperience by Horse offer a range of diverse lessons and experiences to help children embark on their first journey by horse. Guests also have the chance to meet a jet-black Cavall Menorqui, a breed of horse that is native to this region.
