This 04 bedroom Luxury villa is ideal for sleeping 08 guests. This exquisite villa located in Ibiza Town, it offers guests a very comfortable and opulent stay. Recently built, This Elegant Villa is located in a gated urbanization that guarantees maximum privacy and security, in turn being in a prime location near the most notorious attractions of the island. As you approach the exterior of the property, you will see the villa’s expansive windows and grand marble steps.

There is also a considerable swimming pool in the middle of the grounds, offering a soothing place for guests to relax at their own leisure. This large pool is surrounded by pristine sun loungers and quaint palm trees to create a more immersive experience. The exterior also contains a large outdoor terrace equipped with rattan furniture and a glass-topped coffee table. As such, guests can enjoy their morning meal whilst looking at the beautiful views before them.

LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

The interior of this Villa is just as spellbinding. The combined living/dining area places high-quality furnishings and decor at the forefront of its design. This space uses plain white walls and opulent marble flooring, creating an idyllic space for guests to enjoy during their stay. The living room uses a long white sofa that is paired with an artisan coffee table. Thus, this space is instantly transformed into a haven. The dining area follows a similar theme, making use of a large table with a set of contrasting black chairs. The kitchen within this villa uses an array of modern design features. The sleek white cupboards are paired effortlessly with the granite countertops. This villa also contains another two living spaces. The first gives access to the outdoor terrace, ensuring that guests can find tranquillity both inside and outside of this property. The second living area is more of a communal space. This area contains an exciting foosball table and a large flatscreen TV. Therefore, the whole family can enjoy each other’s company in one space.

The upper level of this elegant holiday rental contains the four main bedrooms. Each bedroom is extremely spacious and contains a large double bed. As such, this allows each guest to have enough space to sleep well each night. Not to mention, these rooms offer tremendous views, so guests can bask in the magnificent scenery every morning. Plus, two of the bedrooms have access to en-suite bathrooms.

LOCATION

This Classy Ibiza villa is an extremely prosperous vacation rental, teeming with amenities that help guests live with ease and convenience during their stay. In addition, the property is just a short distance away from some of Ibiza’s most popular tourist destinations. The bustling town of Jesus is just 0.65km away, offering an array of fun things to do. If you are looking to explore this region through its incredible local dishes, a food tour is an ideal attraction. One of the most popular food tours begins at 6 pm in the historic Marina, which can be found just 7-minutes away from the town centre of Jesus. From here, you will travel to the oldest restaurant in Ibiza, which first opened its doors in 1872. This tour guides guests through a plethora of hidden gems, allowing them to taste authentic tapas and other delicacies. This particular tour lasts for around three and a half hours and costs €79 per person.

If you are looking to work on your golfing skills whilst on holiday, The Golf Ibiza Club is just over 10-minutes away from the town centre. This incredible club boasts three courses: a full 18-hole course, a par 72 course, and a 9-hole course. There is also a driving range and putting green for guests to use to practice more nuanced skills. The Golf Ibiza Club also offers an assortment of high-quality facilities such as changing rooms, club hire, and an intuitive buggy network. Prices for this attraction are fairly reasonable, with an 18-hole game costing €120 per person.

Ibiza is an utterly beautiful island with a wide variety of magnificent sights. As such, guests may feel the need to observe all of the landmarks in a unique way. A quad bike excursion gives guests the opportunity to see these awe-inspiring landscapes through an exhilarating adventure. Your journey will begin at Playa d’en Bossa, which is less than 15-minutes away from the centre of Jesus. Alongside an experienced instructor, you will then travel through the energetic region of Benimussa. This attraction is ideal for large groups, and a 1-hour tour costs just €99 per guest. It should be noted that guests must be over the age of 16 in order to enjoy this activity.

THE REGION
