This 06 bedroom Luxury vacation rental in Mallorca, this Lavish Holiday villa offers breath-taking views over the tranquil bay of Cala Marmassenand which is just a minute away from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Port Andratx. Whilst Cala Marmassen does not have a true sandy beach and as such, the bay retains its feeling of privacy and seclusion throughout the year with tourists and boats tending to favour other locations. This Luxurious villa offers lavish accommodation for 12 guests with its six wonderfully designed and appointed suites.
The Villa has an area dedicated to heath and wellness with free weights and yoga mats. Situated on the upper level, and due to its elevated position this sheltered, shady terrace offers stunning views of the pool, the gardens and the dramatic coastline.
The Villa comes with a BBQ TERRACE which Seats twelve Guests. A few steps up from pool level and shaded by mature palm trees, this terrace has retractable sun awnings, privacy blinds and an extra-large gas BBQ. With seating for twelve guests and elegantly lit when the sun goes down, this terrace is a popular choice for both al-fresco evening dining and casual poolside lunches.
At the Pool Terrace, your will find a 48 sqm infinity pool, jacuzzi bench and fitness jets. The expansive pool terrace offers plenty of room to sunbathe and relax. For guests’ comfort and enjoyment, it is furnished with comfortable sunbeds, drinks tables, umbrellas, a poolside shower, towel storage, a full-sized ping-pong table and pool inflatables. A few easy steps lead into a gently sloping, kidney-shaped infinity pool which boasts a four-person jacuzzi bench, multi-speed fitness jets with optional pool heating and incredible views of the lapis blue Mediterranean Sea below.
You will find an Eight-person jacuzzi, chill-out terrace, wet bar and private sea access. A few steps down from the Pool Terrace is the more intimate Jacuzzi Terrace. This beautifully planted terrace has an eight-person jacuzzi, three comfortable sofas and a wet bar. With an extra-large pergola providing welcome shade on the hottest of days, this serene space was designed with privacy in mind. According to guest preference, this terrace can be appointed with fitness equipment, used for private Yoga or Pilates classes as well as for massage and beauty treatments by our team of experienced wellness therapists.
Several easy flights of steps down from here is the private gated sea entrance with access to a private mooring and boat inlet for tender pick-up and drop-off. Access into the sea is safe and easy, gained by steps or the shallowest part of the boat inlet, at a depth of approximately one metre. Cala Marmassen, a wide, shallow cove, does not have a sandy beach. As a result, this picturesque, tranquil bay retains a sense of privacy and solitude even during the peak of the summer months.
The Upper Level Solarium is the ideal place to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Many of the spaces at this luxury villa offer breath-taking views of the surrounding rugged coastline and the Upper Level Solarium provides a calm environment to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting.
With direct access from all bedrooms and communal rooms on this level, this 120 sq m solarium benefits from all-day sun. The terrace is furnished with four extra-large comfortable sunbeds, drinks tables and sun umbrellas.
Town Terrace Seats twelve to eighteen guests, the 100 sqm Tower Terrace is the ideal spot to be when the sun sets. It boasts retractable sun shades, privacy blinds, sunbeds, a shower, drinks fridge and comfortable oversized sofas. Newly refurbished in 2017, the elevated location allows for divine views of the azure water of the Mediterranean and the soft, subtly changing colours of the dramatic headland as the sun is setting.
LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS
All the living areas have been thoughtfully designed using soft colour palettes and gentle lighting schemes to blend seamlessly with hand-selected furniture, sumptuous fabrics and the beauty of the surrounding environment. Each of Villa’s three living rooms has a SMART television with UK satellite coverage, Sky full package and access to our extensive film library and multi-zone Sonos music system which is available throughout the house and all terraces. In the first floor entry salon, the television has a wide selections of languages to choose from and a playstation. The Tower Den is our quiet space and is home to a large, comfortable day bed for guests seeking some serenity. The Den has 360· views of the sea, Port Andratx and the island of Dragonera. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, terraces and gardens.
The Villa offers several indoor and outdoor dining options. The open plan living-dining room is perfect for formal or informal dining with seating for twelve guests and easy access to our bodega and the main kitchen. Evening dining is enhanced by the beautiful views over the softly illuminated pool terraces and gardens.
Superbly comfortable beds, soft towels, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, monogrammed White Company robes and Bamford bathroom products await the arrival of our guests so they might refresh and relax after their journey.
The en-suite bathrooms comprise either a bath, a shower or both, and the majority enjoy his-and-hers vanity units. Each bedroom suite offers substantial wardrobe space, slippers and robes, individually controlled air conditioning, lockable safes and a recessed SMART television.

THE REGION
Andratx is an ancient Mallorcan town nestled in the valleys of the Tramuntana Mountain range and is home to one of Mallorca’s most interesting modern art galleries.
