The open plan living space is a chilled affair – rattan and wicker; timber and beautiful, sleek architecture work together to create a genuinely therapeutic space. The kitchen retains the feel of subtle luxe: relaxed breakfast bar, discreet palette, offset with the top of range Siemens and Bosch appliances, juicer and Nespresso machine – guests every comfort has been carefully considered, no detail left unthought.

The Villa accommodates eight guests across four double bedrooms; each bedroom has its bathroom!

The master bedroom is somewhat unique: it offers stunning sea views – a generously proportioned space and access to a very decadent roof terrace, glistening in the sun, ideal for soaking up some rays!
The outdoor spaces are designed for optimal ease and comfort: portable charcoal barbecue, outdoor shower and stunning terrace area to name a few features. The pièce de resistance is the merely stunning salt water pool with in-water bench! Following the beautiful linear design of this home, the outdoor spaces are finished with elegant parasols and loungers, with beautiful hammocks.
All modern touches are present such as satellite television; iPod dock, indoor and outdoor alarm, air conditioning and safe.

LOCATION
Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands, an archipelago of Spain the Mediterranean Sea. The Holiday home boasts an array of beaches within walking distance: Cala Martina, Es Niu Blau or Cala Made to name a few.
The closest supermarkets are five minutes by car, in Santa Eulària, or there is also a local supermarket in the area of S’Argamassa, just two minutes by car. The renowned Nikki Beach Club is about a ten-minute walk away, as well as several well-known restaurants in the Santa Eulalia area.
Even though it is known for its iconic hedonism and party lifestyle, Ibiza’s lesser-known side is its quiet, traditional village life, beautiful and rugged coastline with dozens of tiny coves to explore, as well as a vibrant and intriguing history.
The major European nightclubs have summer outposts around Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni; and just a stone’s throw from these, visitors can balance the excess by indulging in yoga retreats, quiet villages, and sandy coves backed by the pine-clad hills.
The island is stunning in Spring when the almond blossom is out. For a cultural fix, explore the hilltop Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town, before slipping into a pavement cafe to soak up the bohemian vibe.
Boat trips and water sports are popular, with many dive sites, while golf courses are ample.
The old quarter of D’Alt Vila has a sixteenth-century cathedral dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows, as well as panoramic views from its Renaissance-era fortifications.

THE REGION
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza’s third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza’s one and only golf course is in the region too.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
This home will delight children of all ages; the airy and open lateral living space makes a safe area for children, while the outdoor areas provide the novelty of al fresco meals, or hours of splashy fun in the pool (salt water is better for children’s skin than chlorine.)

Jeep safaris are a fun family activity: get back to nature by exploring the island in Jeeps that take you off the road to discover Ibiza’s mesmeric landscapes both inland and along the coast. Water parks will offer a great family day out, and cave tours offer an enchanting underworld of mystery and magic.
