IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Insurance: It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
Amendment of Terms: These terms and conditions may be revised periodically.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of €800 is payable in cash upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to a full inspection.
- Arrival and Departure Times: Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m.
- Inclusions: Energy costs, linen, and towels are included in the rental.
- Changeover Day: Changeover day is typically on Saturdays, although other arrangements can be made upon request.
- End of Stay Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included; however, guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition as they found it. Additional cleaning, laundry, maintenance, or rubbish disposal required may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior agreement with the owner.
- Internet and Heating: Wi-Fi internet access and heating costs are included in the rental.
- Insurance: Guests must possess a valid insurance policy covering cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability, and any accidental damage during their stay.
- Local Tax: Italian Visitors Tax is payable locally in cash, typically ranging from €1 to €10 per adult per night.
- Minimum Stay: The minimum stay is 7 nights, although short breaks may be possible upon request outside of the period from end June to end August.
Additional Notes:
- Air conditioning is only available in the Penthouse/attic.
- External caterers and contractors are not permitted.
- Highchair and cot are available upon request for an additional fee of €50 each, payable locally in cash.
