The Deluxe Villa comes with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 12 people. Overlooking the beach, the villa enjoys views of the rugged coastline and has been designed by renowned architects, incorporating a superb terrace and ocean-view pool. Easily accessible from the airport and Ibiza town, both within 17km, The Luxury Holiday rental is situated in a secure, private community. With a dock right outside, this exclusive property has two, crewed boats available for hire, allowing you to explore the island with ease. A fleet of five vehicles including two Jeeps, with or without a driver, are also available to you at no additional charge.

What you should know about this lavish holiday rental in Ibiza

  • You can bring your own chef, or the team can hire one for you locally – informal dishes can also be prepared for you by the villa team if required
  • Rental of the villa’s two boats incurs an additional charge, but use of the five road vehicles is complimentary. The hire of other boats can be arranged if needed therefore please reserve before you arrival to save disappointment
  • The villa is around 14km from the airport – transfers to and from Aeroport d’Eivissa are included
  • The rental amount is paid directly to the owner, deposit and balance, and the rental contract will need to be signed by the client and returned to the owner

OUTDOOR/INDOOR LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

The magnificent infinity pool forms just part of the villa’s outdoor offering. There are open and covered dining terraces, an outdoor lounge, a poolside seating area and sun loungers, as well as a spacious lawn area. All this makes it easy to enjoy the warm Mediterranean weather which continues year-round on Ibiza.

The ocean views continue inside, where natural light living areas are equipped with air-conditioning, home automation and Smart TV with a media centre giving access to international channels and content. Each of the six bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, and allow up to 12 guests to enjoy the villa.

LOCATION

 The Deluxe Holiday villa is a 20 to 30-minute boat ride from laid-back Formentera and serves as a convenient base for visiting Ibiza’s own attractions. The fortified Old Town, or Dalt Vila, is one example, around 30 minutes’ drive from Vista Alegre.

Ibiza is gradually shedding its image as Europe’s hedonistic party zone and putting the focus on its credentials as a holiday destination for all the family. There is genuinely much more to the place than pumping clubs and all that go with them – although there is still a bit of that if you want it. If all-nighters are a thing of the past, however, go for the idyllic Blue Flag beaches, stunning countryside and ready-made excursions which show off the island at its best.

Ibiza town’s ‘Old City’, the fortified Dalt Vila, is one sight worth seeing, and UNESCO recognised. With the fortification once necessary to fend off pirate attacks and foreign invasions, Dalt Vila offers an intriguing look into Ibiza’s distant past. At the top of the city, Ibiza Cathedral dates back to even earlier times, with gothic paintings inside from the 14th and 15th centuries. The views from this lofty location are also particularly impressive.

Just outside San Antonio, you can visit Aquarium Cap Blanc – no ordinary aquarium as it is located inside a sea cave. Rather than tanks, you can look down on the marine life in well-lit pools. Also on an animal theme, Horse Valley is a rescue centre for horses and ponies based near Ibiza Town and organises a range of excursions which riders will enjoy. Elsewhere, you can get around via boat, bike, tourist train or hire a classic American Mustang and feel the wind in your hair.

Perhaps the only scene to rival Ibiza’s association with electronic dance music is spa and wellness – the island is full of places in serene country surroundings which will take you to a level of relaxation it would be hard to achieve in a superclub. For that, your best bet is to stay close to San Antonio where the legendary Café del Mar is based – you can also find clubs within reach of the island’s longest beach, Playa d’en Bossa.

If it all gets too much, take the ferry to neighbouring Formentera where unspoilt countryside and a relaxed ambience is the name of the game. The peaceful family resort of Santa Eulalia is another alternative, located not too far the only golf course on the island as if to demonstrate Ibiza really does have something for every taste.

THE REGION

Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.

The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.

Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit 15,000 euros paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. The owner will contact you directly to request this payment.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.

Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16’s is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
