- You’ll find that there is a separate guest bedroom and en-suite under the pool area which follows the same style as the rest of the property!
- Although the property isn’t fenced, it does have an alarm system in place so for your piece of mind you know that security is a priority!
- The villa has beautiful views of the surrounding area, as well as the mountains. And from the master suite on the top floor, and its balcony area, you have beautiful views of the sea! It’s breath-taking and you’ll be sad to be leaving it at the end of your stay!

The open plan living room, and open plan kitchen are both designed with luxury, relaxation and efficiency in mind. Whilst staying here, the property will spoil you with comfort, speechless views as well as opportunities for entertainment. The living area has a television with English channels for your use, so you and your holiday party can gather around the television and enjoy some home comforts. The kitchen is an efficient, fully equipped room with all the necessities, including some potential home comforts such as a coffee machine and a juicer!
The joy that comes from the kitchen be it a delicious meal or your favourite holiday drink, you’ll be able to enjoy it in many locations across the property, all of which will bring joy and ultimate relaxation opportunities. Ibiza is a small island and a member of the Balearic Islands, famous for its nightlife. It is considered one of the world’s top destinations for those seeking parties and a fabulous nightlife. It has some of the best beaches available in the Mediterranean, Talamanca is one of the closest beautiful sandy beaches, meaning you can have both the best nightlife and the best beach holiday all rolled into one!
San José is a village in the west of Ibiza, it’s got charm and appeal! From the village you can see Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island! It offers a beautiful and stunning back drop to any holiday photo! Along with the impressive site of the mountain, you can walk down the streets of the village and experience the history and life of this part of Ibiza. From the beautiful church, to the individual cafés and local shops that line the streets, you’ll find something that will catch your eye!
With a 10-minute drive from San José you’ll reach the beautiful beach of Cala Tarida. It’s a sheltered bay with a sandy beach, the longest and widest on the island. Here you’ll find beach bars and restaurants as well as beach activities such as volleyball! Cala Tarida is a popular family beach, and the shops will enhance a family day out with the purchasing of inflatables for example, you can even grab a beach ball and have a great family day out at the beach.
And if you’re after adventure then with a bit of travelling you’ll find that the west of Ibiza has plenty of options for you in terms of activities you can do! There is plenty of water sports, inflatables and so much more available near by in San Antonio! With a car you’ll have all the opportunities that this amazing island has to offer. It may be small, and it may be most known for its night life, but that isn’t all that’s available here. But, of course, there is a spectacular night life here in Ibiza for you adults: whether you want to go to restaurants, clubs, bars or parties! The island offers them all! You’ll find no shortage of options.
With a 5-minute drive from San Antonio you can visit the closest beaches Cala Jondal, a rocky beach and Es Torrent, a white beach. Es Torrent is an unspoiled beach made of pebbles and a strip of sand. Though it isn’t a sandy beach nor a party beach, it still offers a great day relaxing at the beach! It specialises in offering a quiet day to de-stress, and with the beautifully clear water you can have a great time swimming and snorkelling in the sea!

THE REGION

Together there are plenty of opportunities to go for a walk around the nearby greenery. At the villa, you’ll have access to entertainment for the kids whether you need them to stay inside, or if they are able to be outside. Inside, there is a television set up with English channels which they can use, as well as stereo for music!
Additionally, you have access to wi-fi as the property has internet that you have access too. Outside is the large 25-meter-long private swimming pool which you’ll be able to use, and the kids can splash, play and swim in for as long as they want!
