Villa Conditions

• Bedrooms will be allocated dependent upon ‘Number of Guests’ at the time of Booking. Any unused Bedroom(s) may not be available to Guests.
• A 50% Client Deposit may be requested during Festive Bookings.
• The Villa housekeeper and Cook works Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm
• Guests must leave the property clean and in the same condition as arrival. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages.
