CHILDREN

Children are welcome at Villa 21- they will enjoy exploring the many facets of the villa, specially its secret limestone cave and its ancient mahogany grove. Green monkeys visit every morning, tree frogs trill at night, there are mangos and avocadoes to be plucked and a storehouse of children’s books awaiting discovery in the study.

LOCATION

This luxury Large Villa in Barbados could magically transport you, with treetop views, that lead to the heaving ocean beyond. The garden was designed by the Venezuelan landscape architect, Fernando Tabora who has interwoven a series of gardens in varying shapes and sizes to form a continuous whole. In the process, vistas have been created. There are shaded nooks and crannies, and features such as a Japanese bridge over a waterfall and a running stream that flows into a lily pond full of koi-carp. At night, tree-uplighters and subtle fairy lights wreak their magic, and the garden becomes a perfect place for a party.

When visiting Barbados, the first thing you are sure to notice are the gorgeous and renowned flat white sand beaches. On the west coast of Barbados, miles of coral shore beaches and fine white sands stretch along a hypnotising turquoise sea. The West Coast of Barbados is also fringed with countless breath-taking Coral Reefs to provide excellent snorkelling and scuba diving opportunities. The South Coast also offers something for everyone, and is a curious mixture of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can swim in calm waters, snorkel over the inshore reefs and tidal pools, and at the southernmost tip of the island, you can windsurf.

Whilst on Barbados, a taste of the island’s rum is a must! The isle has been producing rum for over 350 years, and it is recognised internationally for its quality. Many tours and taste sessions are available at the local distilleries.

The Large group Villa is ideally located on Barbados’ West Coast, within easy reach of Holetown (2.4 km / approx. 5 minutes drive), where guests will find restaurants, beach clubs and shopping. Paynes Bay Beach (2.5 km) offers calm waters and excellent swimming, while nearby golf (1.5 km) and tennis facilities (1.5 km) provide further leisure options. Grantley Adams International Airport (25.4 km / approx. 30–35 minutes drive) ensures convenient access to the villa.

• Bedrooms will be allocated dependent upon ‘Number of Guests’ at the time of Booking. Any unused Bedroom(s) may not be available to Guests.
• Groceries are not included in the rental rate, however; the team can pre-stock the villa for you for an additional fee.
• Balance payment will be due earlier for bookings over the Festive period.
