For spectacular, memorable mealtimes, dine alfresco up on this majestic terrace with impressive classical designs and a little shade from the sunshine! Then make your way down these elegant stone steps to your pool terrace where you can sun yourself in these fabulous loungers, enjoying the soothing calm of your Jacuzzi or of course take a dip in the pool! And there’s even a fantastic shower so you can rinse off in between dips – bonus!

LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS
In these spectacular interiors the brilliant white walls contrast beautifully with the wooden and black metal structures throughout, adding an industrial chic vibe to the stunning traditional style. To one side there’s the wonderful lounge, inviting you to settle into the plush sofas or comfy chairs and chat or even switch on the TV for some down time after a day of fun!
In the centre of the room is a chill-out zone with cushions and blankets ideal for some peaceful meditation, with a formal dining area to the far side of this. For the culinary artists, your lovely kitchen certainly won’t disappoint, with tons of space for rustling up something delicious! And a breakfast table right alongside it for tucking into casual meals together. A second lounge with yet more sofas and a big TV is great for more casual relaxation.
Across the villa you’ll find five sublime bedrooms. The master suite is wonderfully spacious, with a huge bed at its centre, high vaulted ceilings and stunning wooden furniture throughout. The remaining three bedrooms are as modern as it gets, with superb minimalist designs and gorgeous wooden flooring.
Bedrooms two and three enjoy a magnificent ensuite bathroom with an epic double-vanity unit and a large shower and bathtub, while the fourth has an ensuite shower. The final bedroom is a wonderful ‘dorm’ room on the top floor ideal for youngsters! With four single beds and its own ensuite bathroom, it’s great for the kids to have a sleepover all together and the older kids will be delighted to find it has a big TV too! The cherry on the cake is surely the roof terrace leading off from this room – perfect for a little private sunbathing!

The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the very centre of the city, promising everything you could wish for right on your doorstep! From delicious dining and thriving bars and food halls, to its fascinating museums and shops, you’ll have so much to explore right on your doorstep you might never even leave the city. Indeed, this villa is within walking distance of just about everything you could need!
But if it’s more of a day-trip you’re after, down on the south coast there are some incredible beaches! Check out Binissafua or Binibeca beaches, both around a 15 minute drive away and ideal for a picture-perfect day of turquoise seas and golden white sands!
Within the south-east corner of Menorca, this fabulous villa is in the perfect place to explore the stunning Balearic island. First and foremost its capital town of Mahon, but all around this, in this little corner of the island, there are innumerable beaches and coves in the nearby areas of Binidali and Punta Prima.
And right here in the city itself, Mahon makes for a beautiful day of strolling, with many narrow pedestrianised streets and historical sites to visit, as well as plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.
Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.
You’re just 10-minutes away from the Airport too, so there’ll be no delays to you making the most of your holiday when you touch down!

Mahon is the charming capital of the Balearic Island of Menorca; it is the first stop for many visitors before heading off to Menorca’s beach resorts. The city is known for its Georgian-style mansions, a testament to the British occupation from times gone by and an attractive harbour area and restaurant-lined promenade.

Up on the top-floor there’s the kids’ bedroom. But it’s no ordinary bedroom – with its own ensuite bathroom and TV, even the older kids will feel delighted to be here. And that’s not all: the bedroom has a private roof terrace leading off from it, ideal for the teenagers who want a bit of space from the adults!
Back downstairs, this dazzling courtyard forms the welcoming heart of the home, where the whole family will love to gather, spend time together and enjoy their own pursuits. You can dine up on the terrace while keeping an eye on the youngsters splashing to their heart’s content in the pool below – or even soothe your skin in this fabulous Jacuzzi while the kids take a nap in the sun loungers! There’s tons of choice and the kids will love the sense of freedom!
The living areas are fabulously varied. From the main lounge in the big living space, with sofas and chairs and a TV, to the more chilled-out relaxation zone with its big cushions, there’s plenty of space for the kids to relax and enjoy their own corner of the room well away from the grownups. And the additional summer living room is ideal for older kids who want to have some more privacy, with a TV for watching films and sports and catching up on the hottest shows! Let the kids make themselves comfortable and your enjoyment will naturally follow when you know you’ve nothing to worry about!
There’s even a big kitchen ideal for rustling up treats and snacks for the whole family. Just minutes from the picturesque city of Mahon, there’s tons of city life to enjoy with the kids, as well as much to explore in the local towns and the vibrant and unspoilt natural landscape of Menorca. In the surrounding countryside you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes! Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even take a gentle hike – just be sure to take a picnic and take a break to admire the breath-taking views across the Balearic Sea!
