Good to know

• The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times
• From the first floor there is access to the roof terrace, but we do not recommend going up there as there are no barriers to protect you from falling (the door leading to the terrace is always locked)
• As this property is located in the countryside, there is quite a long drive up to the property – but it’s worth it!

Mahón and the airport (32km) can be reached in around 30 minutes, with Ciutadella (23km) also within easy distance for day trips, dining and exploring. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and outdoor pursuits, with access to the Camí de Cavalls and a wide range of activities including watersports, horse riding and tennis nearby.
