Positioned along approximately half a mile of pristine white sand shoreline, the estate combines complete seclusion with convenient access to many of Anguilla’s most sought-after beaches, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Guests arriving via Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport can typically reach the estate within approximately 10–15 minutes by road, while the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal is also located within a similar driving distance for arrivals via neighbouring St. Maarten. Private jet arrivals can be accommodated at Anguilla’s airport, while additional regional access is available via air charter or sea shuttle connections from Princess Juliana International Airport in St. Maarten.

The estate also provides an excellent base for exploring wider island experiences including watersports, sailing, scuba diving, golf and island-hopping excursions throughout the Caribbean. Nearby Aurora International Golf Club offers a Greg Norman designed championship 18-hole golf course, while horseback riding experiences can be arranged at nearby Cove Bay. Boat charters, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing excursions and private island trips can all be organised directly from the villa.

Pricing Notes 

• 9 Bedroom Heavenly Rate: Applicable during Thanksgiving and the festive holiday season only.
• Security Deposit: $5,000 refundable security deposit applies.
• Accidental Damage Waiver: A $299 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.

Minimum Stay Requirements

• Summer Season: 5 nights minimum
• Winter Season: 7 nights minimum
• Christmas & New Year Period: 14 nights minimum

Villa Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking and may be paid by wire transfer. The remaining balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Festive period.) Deposits are non-refundable and travel insurance is highly recommended in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Settlement of villa accounts must be made prior to departure. Cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. A 4% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
• *Villa rates are in US dollars and subject to 13% government tax and 10% service charge. Rates, taxes and inclusions are subject to change. Rates are based on a maximum of two guests per bedroom. Cost of food is additional. A 15% administration fee applies to all incidentals charged to guest’s villa account. Minimum length of stay and size of villa booking requirements may vary over peak periods. Please inquire for details.
• The Beach house is a non-smoking villa. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies and outside areas of the villa. Pets are not allowed at the villa. All guests driving the villa’s courtesy vehicles must be at least 25 years of age, have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and purchase a local Anguilla driver’s license. Use of the resort vehicles is at guests’ own risk. Children are most welcome at the Villa, but please note the villa is not child-proof and there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or beach. Children must be supervised at all times. A baby crib and highchair are available at no extra charge.
• Guests must leave the property clean and in the same condition as arrival. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages.
