The villa is positioned on an elevated hillside above the bay, offering panoramic views while remaining only a short drive from beach access, local beach bars and waterfront dining.

Anguilla is typically reached via connecting flights through St. Maarten, Antigua or Puerto Rico, followed by a short regional transfer or ferry service into the island’s airport. From there, Shoal Bay East is reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car.

The island uses the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD), although US dollars are widely accepted. UK and US passport holders generally do not require a visa for short stays.
